Supporting Subheading
We strive to send all orders out within 5-7 business days! Around holidays, processing times may be longer. Please reach out if you have any questions. Orders are all shipped with tracking and insurance included through USPS, UPS or Fedex. To ensure your package arrives in plenty of time, please provide ample shipping time. We are not responsible for packages arriving late and cannot issue refunds if your package arrives later than expected. If your order is time sensitive, please email us so we can determine if we can accommodate your request. Please verify your shipping address is correct. Items shipped to an incorrect address will not be refunded. Shipping is within the United States, and we do not ship to PO Boxes.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, although please let me know if there is a problem or mistake with your order within 48 hours of delivery. Thank you!
We can only cancel your order as long as it has not begun production. We ship orders quickly, so cancellations are not always possible. Cancellations must be made within 12-24 hours, due to our quick production. Once an order begins production, we cannot process a cancellation.
For custom orders, we can only cancel the order before the order has begun production. If we have started the design work or have sent a proof, a $15 cancellation fee will be applied when cancelling the order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order.
Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order. We will check your order status and see if we can make any changes. Most orders begin production right away, so changes are not always possible.
We love creating custom photo projects. Please be sure to upload a high-resolution photo for printing. If your photo is blurry, it will print blurry. We print your photos exactly as they are provided. If you need us to check your images before submitting, you can send us an email and we will be happy to take a look. All custom orders will receive a proof for your approval. We will work with you and make up to 3 edits to your proof to get it ‘just right.’ There will be a $20 design fee for additional changes. We will send you a proof within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise stated. If we do not hear back from you after 5 days, we will assume there are no changes to your proof and proceed with your order as though you had signed the approval of the proof.
We are happy to help! Just send us an email with your questions and attach files if you have them and we will get back to you shortly. Please keep in mind that if you would like our design team to create your design, there is a $25 upcharge.
Website colors may not be precise representations of the actual product due to computer screen resolutions. Since each product that is made from wood, sublimated or printed is handmade, the color, and texture of the wood, etc. may vary.
Full payment is due at the time you place your order. PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and cash are the only accepted payments. You will receive an email invoice. You have 5 days to pay the invoice before your order is canceled.
